Your Family
Born Together
Coco's approach to birth is unparalleled — and the results match. Yes, she will be there to support the mother through labor. But what she is truly doing is equipping the entire family to be born.
Not just the mother. Not just the baby. The whole family.
If you want your relationship to grow through this experience — not just survive it — you've found your doula.
Currently, you are…
· Nervous about what birth will actually feel like — and what it will do to your relationship
· Disconnected from your partner, unsure how to reach each other through the chaos of pregnancy
· Hormonally overwhelmed and not knowing how to handle what's coming
· Dad feeling lost, unsure of his role — and not wanting to say the wrong thing
· Dreading the postpartum season, wondering if you'll even recognize your relationship on the other side
Where you’ll be…
· Equipped with every physical, emotional, and relational tool you need — for birth and beyond
· More connected to your partner than before — a true team who knows how to hear and hold each other
· Steady and informed — understanding your hormones, your body, and what to expect
· Dad fully prepared: labor support, emotional communication, and a clear sense of his power in this
· Coming out of postpartum more in love — knowing you built your family foundation on purpose

Meet Coco
Coco McKenzi has spent nearly a decade working with families at the most pivotal moment of their lives. As a birth doula, relationship coach, and founder of New Family Foundations, she brings a rare combination of physical support, relational expertise, and nervous-system-regulation to every family she works with.
Her personal story, her years alongside the sexually abused and military families under extreme pressure, and her deep training in neurological and somatic approaches mean she understands what couples are really navigating — not just during labor, but in everything that comes before and after.
She has one belief that anchors all of her work: the couples relationship is either the greatest risk factor — or the greatest protection — for a family in the postpartum season. Her job is to make sure it's the latter and she works for the most successful future of your unborn child.
